At Wilsons Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase. If you change your mind, you can return unused, uncut, and packaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our returns team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Flooring

  Ensure the carpet, vinyl, or laminate is in its original packaging, remains uncut, and is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Drop off your items at your nearest Wilsons Carpets showroom or schedule a courier collection through our approved logistics partners.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
